FAQ’s

Yes, we take some insurances as in-network providers. If you have a PPO (out-of-network), you will pay us directly and we will provide you with all the necessary billing information to submit to your insurance company. We suggest you call your insurance for further details. Ask your insurance the following questions:

  1. Do I have mental health coverage? Is it in-net-work or out-of-net-work?
  2. Is my insurance HMO or PPO?
  3. How much is my co-pay?

Monday through Friday 8am-8pm, Saturday 8am -5pm.

Mostly Cognitive Behavioral and Solution Focused, but as clinicians we are trained to tailor the approach to client needs. Sometimes a combination of both and others works best.

It depends on your needs and reason for seeking therapy. We invite you to come as often or rarely as needed. Some people find they need frequent sessions initially then taper off as situations improve.

Our goal is to treat most issues; however, we may refer out if we perceive a greater need for additional services, and/or work collaboratively with other professionals.
